F117 Nighthawk- it is also known as The Stealth Fighter. Compare to all other airplanes ever made it is the strangest shaped one. The odd shape of this plane is because it was made with stealth technology. this plane is also one of the hardest planes to fly, due to this there is a computer that guides the plane until it is safe for manual control.

F15 Eagle-can be eqiuped with a variety of things such as Missiles and M61 Gattling gun. The plane can also be found on many US airforce stations.

F4F Wildcat-this was the type of airplane use the defender Pearl Harbor on December 7, 1941 against the Japanese invading planes. This plane was later replaced by the f6f Hellcat, which was much about 1000 pounds lighter than the f4f Wildcat.

Airplane Origins

Title:1903 Flying Machine On Launching Track

The first Airplane to carry man was by the Wright Brothers on December 17,1903, in near Kitty Hawk. It was on that day that they were able to sustain flight. What enabled them achieve this was their work hard and determination. When they were first staring out they tested out kites and the effects the environment had on them and how much wind was needed. They went through hundreds of failed kites. When they made the first glider in 1902, it was time for them to start building their plane.

The first brother to test out the Airplane was decided by a flip of a coin. The airplane flew eight hundred fifty-two feet in nineteen seconds. They piloted the plane with a system of pulleys. the plane also had two propellers on the side where the wings were. The engine was on the right side of the pilot, which was laying down, this cause the brothers to make the wind span of the right side of the plane long by four inches in comparison to the left side of the airplane. They came up with the idea of wing warping. This allowed them to bend the wings and turn while in the air.

As soon as they sustained flight, they started to work on ways to improve the plane. They started get people and organization to buy their plane. They even introduced it to the US army, which believed that flight is not possible. It wasn't until 1908 that the Brothers proved to the army that flight can be sustained and signed a contract with the army for military airplanes.
